Jacqueline “Jackie” Zupan, 54, of Willoughby Hills, passed away May 15 at Ahuja Medical Center in Beachwood.
She had been a registered nurse for University Hospitals working in Cleveland, Richmond Hts. and Lake County. She loved boating and the peacefulness at Lake Chautauqua.
Mrs. Zupan is survived by her husband Edward; children Ryan (fiancé Rachael) and Megan; father Joseph Caresani; parents-in-law Cyril and Audrey Zupan; and cousins Louis and James Caresani, Carol Provasnik and Victoria Hewitt-Harvey.
She was preceded in death by her mother Eugenia Caresani.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 9:30 a.m. Friday, May 22, 2015 at St. John of the Cross Church, 140 Richmond Rd., Euclid.
Family will receive friends Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Zevnik-Cosic Funeral Home, 28890 Chardon Rd., Willoughby Hills.
